IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN PEMERINTAH NOMOR 18 TAHUN 2016 TENTANG PERANGKAT DAERAH TERHADAP JABATAN KEPALA PUSKESMAS DI KABUPATEN MERANGIN PROVINSI JAMBI

The Head of the Community Health Center is responsible for all activities at the Community Health Center, personnel development in his/her work environment, financial management, and management of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment and is responsible to the Head of the District Health Office. This research was conducted in a sociological juridical manner and analyzed descriptively qualitatively with the aim of analyzing the implementation of Government Regulation Number 18 of 2016 concerning Regional Apparatus for the position of Head of Community Health Center in Merangin Regency, the obstacles faced, and the efforts of the local government. The results of the study found that: 1) The Merangin Regency Government has not implemented Government Regulation Number 18 of 2016 concerning Regional Apparatus for the Position of Head of Community Health Center who is still in a structural position, 2) The Regulation of the Regent of Merangin Regency does not include the functional position of the Head of Community Health Center in accordance with applicable provisions, 3) The relevant Regional Apparatus Organization is currently formulating the Regulation of the Regent of Merangin Regency in accordance with applicable provisions.
