Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning health, the central and regional governments are responsible for planning, regulating, organizing, fostering, and supervising the implementation of quality, safe, efficient, equitable and affordable health efforts for the community, Article 290 Paragraph (1) Medical personnel and health workers can receive the delegation of authority to carry out health services. However, in practice we still find service procedures that are not in accordance with applicable regulations. The formulation of the problem of this research (1) How is the implementation of the delegation of authority for medical actions to nurses at the Community Health Center (2) What factors influence the implementation of the delegation of authority for medical actions to nurses at the Community Health Center and (3) What efforts are made to implement the delegation of authority by doctors to nurses at the Community Health Center. This thesis research uses a sociological juridical method, the sample in this study is five Community Health Centers with primary and secondary data collection techniques by interview and direct observation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the delegation of authority for medical actions to nurses at the Community Health Center in Kerinci Regency has not been implemented in accordance with the Health Law No. Regarding Health, most nurses and doctors do not delegate their authority in writing. Therefore, the author recommends that local governments plan to increase the number of medical personnel in the future, and that the Health Office and Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) consistently disseminate regulations and monitor the implementation of the delegation of authority from doctors to nurses at the Puskesmas.
